Moving on from the past wasn’t easy. I was once a very ambitious entrepreneur focused on the path of helping the homeless and also helping young professionals with their career pathways. I was eager and determined. Yet, my accidental step into a cult totally turned my life upside down. To learn to let go of your old mission in life, and stepping into new territory of spirituality was shocking.

I had to learn to reaccept myself as a new person and emerge outward into who I am today. Being a new person involves a lot of letting go. It involves letting go of who you once were and letting the new you emerge out of this old cocoon of yours.
